WATCH as St. Jago High School standout Raheem Chambers speaks to SportsXoplorer Multimedia after clocking an amzing 10.28 seconds (WIND:+0.9mps) to win the Boys U-18 100 metres FINAL on DAY 1 of the 2014 CARIFTA Trials at the National Stadium in Kingston, Jamaica on March 8, 2014. The 17 year old, who has ran sparingly this season due to injury, spoke about being extra motivated to prove a point to doubters, who have been touting the Kingston College pair of Akeem Bloomfield and Jhevaughn Matherson to upstage him at the upcoming ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls Athletics Championships. The former Class 3 double sprint record holder (Matherson broke both records last year), who now holds the fastest time by any local junior athlete this season, also spoke about the state of the injury.
