Speed training is becoming more and more common in all sports. Whether you play Football, Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Lacrosse, etc... In this specific video we break down one speed training exercise that shows you how you can increase your hip mobility through mobilizing your thoracic spine. This is the upper part of your back and you use it in every day training as an athlete. It's extremely important to have good mobility if you want to run faster, jump higher, or become a more explosive athlete. You need to add this exercises 2 times per week for 3 sets of 12. You all know that speed rules! If you are fast, chances are you are going to be a good athlete (at least in high school).
